  • Editable dictionary with user dictionary.
  • With a single keystroke you can switch between original and user entries.
  • 28 language combinations available from English, Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese (incl. Brazilian), Dutch, German and Swedish.
  • Each language combination consists of two directions of translation.
  • Over 600,000 entries per language combination.
  • Optionally additional languages can be integrated into the program interface.
  • Ideal for holiday and business trips.

  • Dictionary selection: Via a button in the symbol bar you can call up the menu Dictionaries. Here all the installed dictionaries are listed from which you can select the desired one.

  • Language: By tapping on the coloured language flag beside the input field Find keyword you can change the direction of translation.

  • Looking up and translating words: Provided that the dictionary is open, you can look up and translate words directly out of documents (e.g. from Word).

  • Calling up original and user data: The index cards Original, User and Combined serve to separate the different types of entries. The dictionary entry Original contains all the entries of the dictionary originally supplied. The dictionary entry User contains only those entries that the user has added or changed.

  • New keywords: If you wish to add a new keyword, click on the corresponding button in the symbol bar. Then you will be automatically prompted to enter the keyword into the local user dictionary. Confirm the new keyword and enter the translation in the index card User.

  • Keyword status: In the keyword list, all entry types (Original, User and Combined) are combined and marked with a symbol or a colour.

  • Editing dictionary entries: To edit a dictionary entry just click on the field Dictionary entry. Then you can change or add text. By clicking on the corresponding button, you can choose the font, type size and style for the Dictionary entry field.

  • Learning: The TrueTerm 2001 dictionaries allow you to create so-called learn lists. Just click on the appropriate button in the symbol bar if you wish to transfer a word from the dictionary entry field into the learn list. The keyword and its associated translations will be transferred into the learn list.
